Lives and works in São Paulo.
She was born in Araguari, interior of Minas Gerais and graduated in Fine Arts from Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado – FAAP, SP in 1996.
Worked in the coordination of the educational projects of MAM in São Paulo, Itaú Cultural and Fundação Gol De Letra.
The artist expresses herself through different languages such as printmaking, photography, painting and video. An attempt is made in her work to include time in her production, when making images for later undoing. Photograph to interfere with the cut on these images, or paint to erase and stain with spilled liquids on water-based paintings. With these procedures, she highlights the eminent risk, present in the work that mimics the risks of life, without the possibility of regret.
She held solo exhibitions and special projects such as: Através at Gaby Indio da Costa, Arte Contemporânea (in Rio de Janeiro-2019), Inconfissão at the Museu Mineiro, (in Belo Horizonte, 2019), O Sagrado Na Arte Moderna E Contemporânea, at the Museu de Arte Sacra (São Paulo (2019), Pontos de Vista at Gaby Índio da Costa Arte Contemporânea (2017), Paisagem, Natureza-Morta e Retrato e O Que sobra at Galeria Rabieh, E já Não Está na Galeria at Gravura Brasileira, Ausentes at Galeria Virgílio and Pelas Paredes na D- Concept (all in São Paulo between 2004 and 2015), Escalabro y entorno at Galería Art Labé (Santiago of Chile 2013) and participated in several collectives including Blue Connection (Frankfurt, Germany) and El Ojo Ajeno (Lima, Peru).
